Job Description:
The Postdoctoral Fellow, under the general direction of the Training Director, functions as the lead to a team of practicum trainees and provides direct services to children and adolescents at a SF Bay Area school site. The Postdoctoral Fellow participates in training, including individual supervision, didactic seminar, professional development seminar, program meetings, and case conference.

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention and consultation at a Bay Area Envision school
2. Team Lead responsibilities: consult with school administration, assign cases, provide administrative campus oversight of practicum students
3. Present at didactic seminars
4. Co-lead case conference, process group, and/or program meeting
5. Participate in postdoctoral training activities (Professional Development Seminar, individual supervision, and others)

Requirements:
Education:
Completion of Doctorate in Clinical Psychology

Experience:
Previous clinical work with children or adolescents preferred

Essential Job Functions:
Direct services (psychotherapy, crisis intervention, consultation)
Team Lead at school sites
Assist in training activities

Management Skills:
Good leadership and organizational skills
