Applications are currently being accepted for Senior Office Manager at San Diego Continuing Education, located at North City Campus. North City campus includes CE Mesa Campus and CE at Miramar College.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Selected candidate must be willing to adjust work days/hours based on the department's needs.

Please note that an employee may be transferred to any site at the option of the Chancellor.

Communicate effectively both orally and in writing Office management. Experience with collective bargaining contracts. District organization, operations, policies, and objectives. Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action. Interpret and apply laws, rules, policies, and procedures relating to the work of the department to which assigned. Train, supervise, evaluate, and provide work direction and guidance to others. Principles and practices of administration, supervision, and training. Any combination of training and experience equivalent to: graduation from high school and five years of increasingly responsible office management experience, including at least two years in an educational setting with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience

Pay Information:
Range 8 ($4,479.71 $7,479.05) per month based on the current Supervisory and Professional Employees Association Salary Schedule A

Initial salary placement is commensurate with related experience and promotional rules. The District offers a comprehensive fringe benefit package including employer paid: medical, dental, and vision plans; sick and vacation leave; and opportunities for professional development. Initial Salary Placement, Promoted or transferred employees will be placed as specified in the SPAA Supervisory & Professional Administrators Association Handbook. This position is FLSA Non-Exempt and may accrue overtime. A temporary probationary period will be applied to the employee entering this assignment.
